1. Using this website
The Sonik Express public website provides parcel tracking, branch lookup, and inquiry submission features. You agree to use these features lawfully and not to attempt to bypass our rate limits, brute-force tracking lookups, or impersonate other users in submissions.
2. Tracking
Tracking is provided as a convenience using the data we hold for each parcel. We do not guarantee that the displayed status is the absolutely-latest scan; updates can be subject to network delay or scheduled maintenance.
3. Inquiry submissions
Submissions through the contact and corporate registration forms are reviewed by our team and used solely to respond to your request. They do not create a binding service agreement. A formal contract is required for corporate accounts; submitting a registration is the first step in that conversation.
4. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website. Scheduled maintenance and rare unscheduled outages can affect tracking and forms.
5. Limitation of liability
Use of the website is at your own risk. Sonik Express's liability is limited to the value of the courier services contracted; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website.
